These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by La Vida De
Riley (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By engaging with us for destination wedding planning services, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered
   We offer:
   ● Destination & Venue Scouting
   ● Partial Wedding Planning
   ● Full Wedding Coordination with On-Ground Execution
   All services are customized based on client needs. Detailed inclusions are mentioned in our
   packages.
2. Non-Commission Model
   We operate on a 100% non-commission model. All vendor and hotel pricing is presented
   transparently. We do not take any cuts or commissions from any third party.
3. Pricing
   All package prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices vary depending on destination,
   guest count, duration, and season. A detailed quote is provided after initial consultation.
4. Payments & Refunds
   ● Payments are made via secure gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal).
   ● A non-refundable booking fee is applicable for all services.
   ● Refunds (if applicable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations prior
   to execution stage.
   ● We are not responsible for refunds of any third-party vendors once booked through your
   approval.
5. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for:
   ● Providing accurate wedding details and timelines
   ● Timely approvals and communication
   ● Covering the cost of travel, stay, and allowances (DA) for our team (when applicable)
6. Team Deployment (for Package 3)
   For on-ground execution, our team size will scale based on the guest count. Travel,
   accommodation, and DA for the team will be charged separately and transparently.
7. Intellectual Property
   All mood boards, concepts, and planning documents shared by La Vida De Riley remain our
   intellectual property and cannot be reused or shared without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
   While we work with experienced professionals and vendors, we are not liable for third-party
   failures or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal matters will be addressed in the jurisdiction
   of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
